A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Unfortunately, there is virtually no guarantee that a warranty promise will be honored appropriately, quickly, and/or with a minimum of bother. We suggest that any purchaser of shade canopies consider not only the financial strength of the supplier, but also its track record in dealing with warranty claims. This is best checked by contacting past and current customers.
