Welcome to Shade Primer

A Shade Canopy consists of a specially-formulated fabric membrane that is attached to a steel support structure with steel cables and connections. The cables are sewn in sections of the membrane for maximum strength and support, ensuring that the canopy can withstand wind speeds of 90 mph or greater as well as 6" snow loads. Additional accessories, such as lighting and sound systems can be added to your canopy system to accent and enhance your outdoor showroom.

Shade covers are available in a variety of colors and designs. Some companies fabricate parts on the factory floor and assemble the pieces on site with nuts and bolts. Custom manufacturers design, engineer, and build shade canopies on site to using all welded connections. A shade cover, regardless of manufacture, should be attractive, long lasting, low maintenance, and provide superior value to cost.

We hope the following pages will help you understand the nature of Shade Covers and the elements you should consider when deciding upon a vendor.
